Highland Bakery, owned by Stacey Eames, is opening its eleventh location at Modera Vinings on Cumberland Boulevard in Cobb County. The breakfast and lunch cafe is slated to open early next year and joins the previously-announced twelfth location of juice bar and health food-focused restaurant Kale Me Crazy at the mixed-use complex.
The menu for the Vinings location is expected to be similar to the bakery-cafe’s other Atlanta locations and include oft-ordered dishes like the sweet potato pancakes, fried chicken eggs benedict, and the open-faced breakfast BLT on sourdough. Coffee, tea, and smoothies along with morning cocktails such as mimosas and a bloody mary round out the beverage offerings.
Highland Bakery is open for breakfast, lunch, and brunch on the weekends.
In addition to Highland Bakery’s original location on Highland Avenue in the Old Fourth Ward, the bakery-cafe has locations in Buckhead, Midtown, Decatur, Peachtree City, and the campuses of Georgia Tech, Georgia State, and Emory University.
