Bruce Bogartz, a one-time personal chef to actors Don Johnson and Melanie Griffith, says in the press release he’s looking forward to “immersing” himself in Atlanta’s “large and diverse market” and bringing his “smaller market values” here. He wants to remind people dining is about “the community and power of food to bring people together.”
Bogartz will serve lunch and dinner and, eventually, weekend brunch. Expect dishes like ham and clams in bloody mary broth, brie beignets, jerked smoked wings, and a smoked sirloin po’boy on the menu.
