Chef Guy Wong’s new Ponce City Market sushi kiosk Miso Ko opens tomorrow at 11 a.m. And, he just released the menu for the ten-seat sushi bar and to-go counter.
Miso Ko features made-to-order sashimi, nigiri, maki mono, and a variety of specialty rolls. Three hand-rolled rolls—including soft shell crab and spicy tuna—along with a dozen specialty rolls like shrimp tempura and a vegetarian option with squash, burdock root, daikon radish, eggplant, and cucumber are listed on the menu.
The kiosk is located next door to Wong’s ramen shop Ton Ton on the first floor of the central food hall. Take-out and grab-and-go items can be ordered at the to-go counter.
Miso Ko finally fills a food void at the market, which offers everything from Italian to fried chicken at its many food stalls, but no raw fish.
Take a look at the menu for Miso Ko:
Monday – Thursday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.; Friday and Saturday, 11 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.; Sunday: 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.
