A Shake Shack food truck launches today in Atlanta. However, the burger-slinging truck is only available to rent and won’t be traveling around town or parked at specific locations, according to the press release.

The truck can be booked via Shake Shack’s website and offers a customizable menu of the burger joint’s regular offerings. Shake Shack recommends booking the burger truck at least two weeks in advance.

Shake Shack

Shake Shack opened its first Atlanta location at luxe retail complex Buckhead Atlanta on Peachtree Street in 2014, followed by a Perimeter location in 2016, and then a third location in concourse A at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. A fourth Shake Shack is set to open at the Edge complex along the Eastside Beltline in the Old Fourth Ward later this year. Shake Shack joins chef Kevin Gillespie’s BeltLine-facing beer garden Cold Beer and all-day cafe and wine bar Hazel Jane’s at the Edge, located just beyond the Edgewood Avenue bridge along the trail.

The New York-based burger chain, owned by restaurateur Danny Meyer and Union Square Hospitality Group, opened in 2004 serving burgers, crinkle fries, flat-top hot dogs, and frozen custard.
