District M Sushi opens, Monday, March 4, at the Modera Sandy Springs complex on Roswell Road. A grand opening celebration takes place during dinner, Friday, March 8.
The 140-seat sushi restaurant includes traditional omakase experiences and a sashimi moriawase, along with charcoal grilled meats and vegetables on its menu. During its grand opening Friday evening, diners can choose a complimentary Edomae chef’s choice appetizer, a cocktail, or dessert to accompany their meal.
Chef Jackie Chang, formerly of Umi in Buckhead and O-Ku in Westside, leads the kitchen and sushi bar.

District M also offers a moriwase omakase with a selection of chef-chosen sashimi or assorted nigiri and edomae-style omakases at the 20-seat sushi bar, as well as à la carte sushi, charcoal grilled meats, and cooked entrees in the dining room.
