Taqueria Rojas opens Monday, April 29 inside We Suki Suki: Global Grub Collective in East Atlanta Village. It takes over for the pho and banh mi stall inside the mini food hall after it closes, Monday through Friday, starting at 4 p.m., and remains open until 9:30 p.m.
The family-operated business serves street tacos, tamales, burritos, tostadas, and quesadillas as well as aguas frescas.
Vietnamese stall We Suki Suki anchors the East Atlanta Village restaurant incubator and food market, the Global Grub Collective. The hall offers a rotating list of food stalls, such as Lifting Noodles Ramen and Mushi Ni Baos & Bowls Pan-Asian. We Suki Suki itself serves boba tea, noodle dishes called bun in the warmer months, and pho through winter and fall on weekdays until 3 p.m.
Lifting Noodles Ramen opens a new location inside the forthcoming food hall at Battery Atlanta called Ph’east. Poke Burri, Kung Fu Tea, and a second location of Lao restaurant Snackboxe Bistro also plan to open at Ph’east by September.
Open Monday - Friday, 4 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Weekend hours could be planned for the future.
