Breakfast restaurant Snooze an A.M. Eatery opening in Sandy Springs

Denver-based Snooze an A.M. Eatery will open for breakfast and brunch at the Gateway complex on Roswell Road in Sandy Springs, Tomorrow’s News Today reports. The restaurant serves breakfast all day — or until 2:30 p.m — and should open in early 2020, a restaurant spokesperson tells Eater Atlanta. The menu is broken up into sections like all manner of egg dishes from huevos rancheros to breakfast pot pie, a selection of benedicts, sandwiches like a Reuben, pancakes including an entire flight of flapjacks, and lighter fare such as avocado toast and an egg white omelette. The breakfast chain includes 36 locations throughout Colorado, California, Arizona, and Texas. [ToNT]

Primo Hoagies opens today in Sandy Springs

A Philadelphia-based hoagie shop opens Thursday, May 16 in the former Gigi Cupcakes on Peachtree Dunwoody Road, according to What Now Atlanta. And, the first 100 people to visit Primo on opening day get free sandwiches. The menu includes several variations on the Northeastern classic Italian sandwich made with prosciutto, hot capicola, Genoa salami, and provolone cheese, along with others like a vegetarian hoagie, one with corned beef, a tuna hoagie, and the simple ham and cheese.
