Stems, Seeds, and Everythang Natural Wine Pop-Up

What: Every Thursday starting at 10 p.m., Brush Sushi Izakaya in Decatur transforms into a natural wine bar, serving everything from hard-to-find sparkling wines to funky skin contacts from producers around the world. Run by sommelier Juan Cortes and Brush’s beverage director Brad Tolleson, the pop-up also includes a weekly rotating list of chefs in the kitchen.

Tiki Takeover at Biltong Bar in Buckhead

What: Every Tuesday evening, the Buckhead restaurant transforms itself into a tiki bar featuring food like pork short ribs, banh mi sliders, and crab rangoon paired with cocktails such as the classic mai tai and fog cutter.

Billy’s Burgers at Hotel Clermont’s Rooftop Bar

What: Tiny Lou’s and Hotel Clermont kick off their summer rooftop pop-up food cart series with Billy’s Burgers. The menu includes burgers and hot dogs sold from the cart. Cocktails, beer, and wine available for purchase at the bar.

Hell Yeah! Gluten Free Biscuit Pop-up at Queen of Cream

What: Head to the Highland Avenue ice cream parlor for HYGF’s ode to gas station biscuits along with coffee, doughnuts, and breakfast sandwiches.

Where: Queen of Cream, 701 Highland Ave NE

Date: Friday, June 14 and Saturday, June 15 from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Kamayan ATL Bao Patio Pop-up at Lazy Betty

What: The Filipino pop-up is back on Lazy Betty’s patio in Candler Park for baos and beers alongside Soupbelly Atlanta. The collab plans to serve hot dog baos, lobster and mango baos, ice cream baos, coconut shrimp baos, and lechon sisig baos as well as other snacks.

Brekkie and Hell Yeah! Gluten Free Collab at Lazy Betty

What: Brekkie’s chef Julia Kesler and the team from HYGF team up for a gluten free brunch on Lazy Betty’s patio. The menu includes: halloumi “cheese” benedict, Middle Eastern eggs, South African spice plate, and a hummus mezze board. Brunch cocktails, beer, and wine are available for purchase.

B’s Cracklin’ Barbecue Brewery Pop-ups

What: After a devastating fire in March closed the beloved Riverside neighborhood barbecue restaurant, B’s Cracklin’ Barbecue is putting on a series of pop-ups at breweries around Atlanta throughout the summer.

Date: Saturday, June 22 - Sunday, June 23, starting at 4 p.m.

Okonomiyaki Pop-ups

What: Okonomiyaki and Japanese pub bites purveyor Ok Yaki is popping up at various breweries around Atlanta throughout June.

Japanese Street Bites on the Lazy Betty Patio

What: Kettle Black serves its Japanese street food, bento box bites, and cocktails on the patio of Lazy Betty in Candler Park. Expect dishes like char siu pork belly, shiitake wontons, and pea and soba noodles on the menu.

Five-Course Food and Wine Tasting at Brush Sushi Izakaya

What: Tipsy Gourmand pairs up with Seeds, Stems, and Everythang natural wine pop-up at Brush for two evenings and five paired courses. Each dish includes up to three fermented items like strawberry vinegar, koji-inoculated carrots, fermented aji amarillo hot sauce, or overnight sourdough paired with a glass of natural wine.
