The Decatur and recently reopened Edgewood Avenue pizzeria restaurants now offer an all-vegan menu featuring five antipasti dishes, eight pizzas, a vegan glitter pizza for the kids, and a fruit tart for dessert. Take a look at the menu:

Mela Ethiopian opens in the former Janet’s Kitchen in Decatur

Mela Ethiopian opened this week in the former Janet’s Kitchen on Clairmont Road in Decatur, the AJC reports. Mela, which translates to “solution, is owned by Getchew Techilo and Yafet Gadey. Dishes, prepared by Beza Techilo, include kitfo, a variety of tibs, and ye-misir (lentils). The restaurant serves Ethiopian coffee and has a full bar as well as a children’s menu. Open for lunch Monday and Tuesday and for lunch and dinner Wednesday through Sunday. [AJC]

Zesto Drive-In celebrates 70 years in Atlanta on July 1

Zesto is celebrating 70 years serving classic burgers, dogs, and drive-in foods in Atlanta, including its popular soft serve ice cream. On Monday, July 1, all five locations are offering a five-ounce steakburger topped with jalapeño-pimento cheese, barbecue sauce, and bacon and 70-cent chili dogs. The day also includes giveaways and $10 Zesto t-shirts for sale. Zesto has locations on Piedmont Road, Little Five Points, East Atlanta, Forrest Park, and in Tyrone.

Wahlburgers downtown moves forward, and there’s a third headed to Duluth

The brothers Wahlberg are finally moving forward with opening their new downtown Atlanta Wahlburgers location on Peachtree Street near Pitty Pat’s Porch, the Atlanta Business Chronicle reports. It should open in September. And, a third Wahlburgers could open next year at the Revel complex near the Infinite Energy Center in the Gwinnett County city of Duluth, according to What Now Atlanta. The only Wahlburgers in metro Atlanta is located at the Battery Atlanta in Cobb County. [ABC/WNA]
