PokéBar, a Pokémon-themed pop-up, apparently heads to Atlanta on October 12 and 13. However, an exact location has yet to be determined.
The pop-up features burgers with buns fashioned after various Pokémon characters like Pikachu, themed cocktails, and trivia and card battles, which could results in prizes. It seems costumes are also highly encouraged.
Tickets are $55 per person and include a burger and drink, and the chance to hunt down, chase, and eventually catch a whole lot of Pokémon — think smartphone app sensation Pokémon Go.

PokéBar kicks off in Los Angeles in September and travels to cities around the country and the world including New York, Miami, Cleveland, Denver, London, England, and Dublin, Ireland.
Atlanta is no stranger to themed pop-up bars. A “Sex in the City” pop-up hit Midtown this spring and the sugar-coated Candytopia just finished a five-month stint in Buckhead.
Last year metro Atlanta experienced a holiday bar boom with nine pop-ups, ranging from Santa’s drunken den to a skating rink on the roof of Ponce City Market serving s’mores and offering bottle service. The Christmas-themed Miracle bar now includes Atlanta among its regular rotation of city pop-ups in December.
