Old Fourth Ward dog park and bar Fetch Park & Ice House is opening a second Atlanta area location in Alpharetta next year, Tomorrow’s News Today first reported. Fetch announced their expansion plans via Instagram on Monday.
Owner Stephen Ochs tells Eater Atlanta, Fetch-Alpharetta will open by Ameris Bank Amphitheatre located on Encore Parkway, but didn’t disclose the precise address as they have yet to go through permitting with the city.
In February, Fetch announced its expansion plans to Nashville. That location is expected to open by the end of the year.
Fetch, co-owned by Ochs and former Atlanta Falcons offensive guard Garrett Reynolds, opened in 2018 at the corner of Daniel Street and Dekalb Avenue in the Old Fourth Ward. It became Atlanta’s first full-service dog park with a bar. Once open in Alpharetta, Ochs says Fetch Park members can access both locations.
The park includes a turf field, dog toys, cooling stations, an Airstream bar, several TVs, and monthly events such as comedy nights and theme parties. The Old Fourth Ward park offers a full coffee bar, along with beer, wine, and liquor.
Dog owners obtain monthly memberships or day passes to enter the park. Memberships are $30 per month or $10 for a day pass. All dogs must be spayed or neutered and be current with vaccinations in order to enter the off-leash, fully-enclosed park. Owners must also sign a waiver stating their dogs are not aggressive.

The north metro Atlanta city has seen a development boom over the last five years with “live, work, play” complexes such as Avalon, Alpharetta City Center, and forthcoming Halcyon on the outskirts of town. All of this development has brought new restaurants to the area, including second locations of chef Meherwan Irani’s Botiwalla, Bocado’s Bocado Burger, and Ford Fry’s Tex-Mex restaurant, The El Felix.
