West End brewpub Best End Brewing Co. is turning its kitchen bar into a year-round pop-up restaurant. The Mardi Gras-themed restaurant “Pardi Gras” takes over the space at the Lee and White complex beginning Wednesday, February 5, through “Fat Tuesday” on February 25.

Expect a New Orleans-inspired food and drink menu with po’boys and Carnival cocktails, and the bar area dripping in beads, glitter, purple, and gold for the next month. The brewpub also plans to crown a Pardi Gras king and queen each night.

Best End found success this past December with its first pop-up, “Mingle and Jingle”. The holiday-themed bar, located off of the main tasting room, included holiday cocktails and food specials and nightly Christmas movies on the televisions.

A St. Patricks Day-themed restaurant and bar kicks off in March, followed by Cinco de Mayo in May, a tiki bar throughout the summer, a Halloween theme in October, and the return of Mingle and Jingle in December.

Best End resides next door to Cultured South fermented market and taproom, and in the same complex as Monday Night Garage and ASW Distillery along the Westside Beltline trail.

The brewpub features a 20-barrel brewery with a three-barrel pilot system brewing ales, pilsners, porters, lagers, IPAs, and sours, and food ranging from mussels, oysters, and fish dip to wings, loaded tater tots, and charcuterie boards. Beyond beer, the tasting room bar also serves cocktails, natural wine, and milkshakes and slushies.

Paris Gras at Best End kitchen bar, Wednesday - Sunday, February 5 - February 25, 6 p.m. to close.
