Sri Thai Kitchen and Sushi opens Monday, March 16, at Atlantic Station in Midtown, the mixed-use complex announced on Facebook. The restaurant, serving both Thai and Japanese dishes, is located above the Pig and the Pearl smokehouse on Atlantic Drive.
During its first week in business, Sri Thai Kitchen plans to offer a 10-percent discount off the final bill. Sri Thai features dishes such as pork, chicken, and shrimp Thai-style dumplings and crab rangoon, crispy honey duck and lobster panang, and a selection of sushi, sashimi, and sushi rolls.
This is the third Atlanta area location for the restaurant, owned by Winn Mekpongsatorn. There are also locations in the Gwinnett County cities of Duluth and Snellville.

Atlantic Station will soon be home to the third (and largest) location of Hobnob Neighborhood Tavern. The massive 9,000-square-foot restaurant overlooks the complex’s revamping Central Park, and includes a rooftop bar.
Last year, a location of Gyu-Kaku Japanese BBQ, Indian fast-casual restaurant NaanStop, and local Vietnamese restaurant chain Pho 24 all opened at the complex.
The restaurants are part of a multi-million-dollar overhaul and expansion plan at Atlantic Station, which hopes to breathe new life into the mixed-use community flanking 17th Street and its restaurant scene comprising of mainly national chains.
