The owners behind There Gastropub in Brookhaven have opened a second location in Midtown. The aptly named There on 5th is located at the corner of 5th Street and West Peachtree in the former Barrelhouse space. Currently open Tuesday through Saturday, 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. A pig roast is scheduled for Saturday, July 18, on the patio. [Official]

Following a three-month closure, Banshee on Glenwood Avenue in East Atlanta Village is back open with its “drive-thru” takeout service and pints of its popular pepperoni butter. As for the drive-thru menu, it consists of select items from Banshee’s dinner and dessert menus and other dishes chef Nolan Wynn described to Eater Atlanta in March as “comfort food”. It also includes the option to purchase pints of the restaurant’s popular pepperoni butter, often served with fry bread. Each pint costs $10. People can order online for curbside pickup.
