A second location of C&S Seafood and Oyster Bar opens today for dine-in service at the Modera complex on Roswell Road in Sandy Springs, according to a press release. Menus feature QR codes scanned using a smartphone app for contactless food and drink ordering, cutting down on the amount of time patrons spend with servers. Tables in the dining room and on the patio have also been spaced six feet apart. It does not appear the restaurant offers takeout during the pandemic.
Expect to find C&S Seafood standards on the lunch and dinner menus at the Sandy Springs restaurant, like the chargrilled oysters, lobster roll, and prime New York strip steak. The restaurant also offers a variety of raw bar selections, daily entrée specials, and desserts such as crème brûlée.
The original C&S Seafood and Oyster Bar opened in Vinings nearly 15 years ago. Owners Rich Clark and Jon Schwenk closed the Roswell outpost in May after four years on Etris Road due to the pandemic, but planned to forge ahead with the opening of their Sandy Springs restaurant. Clark and Schwenk also own New Orleans-style seafood restaurant Hugo’s Oyster Bar in Roswell.
