Chef Suzanne Vizethann, the owner of Buckhead breakfast and brunch restaurant Buttermilk Kitchen, launches a biscuit and biscuit sandwich pop-up called Milkdrop next month. Vizethann’s restaurant is known for its drop biscuits, including the popular fried chicken buttermilk biscuit topped with red pepper jelly.
Milkdrop, located in a building behind Buttermilk Kitchen on Roswell Road, should run twice a month. For now, people preorder online for pick-up on Saturday mornings. Preordering for the first February biscuit pop-up kicks off Monday, February 1, for pick-up on Saturday, February 6, starting at 9 a.m.

Vizethann opened Buttermilk Kitchen eight years ago along Roswell Road. The restaurant was booze-free until 2019 when Vizethann renovated the bar area in the dining room and added brunch cocktails to the menu.
