Add one more gaming bar and restaurant concept to the growing list of similar adult-centered entertainment dining venues now found on Atlanta’s west side. Your 3rd Spot, a gaming venue offering food, cocktails, and plenty of game options, opens early next year at the emerging Works complex on Chattahoochee Avenue.
Taking over a renovated industrial building on the property, Your 3rd Spot will feature an overwhelming amount of gameplay to choose from, including bowling; billiards; shuffleboard; ping pong, several lawn games with a slide on the patio (yes, a slide); and a classic arcade. There’s even a beer garden and social club with DJs, if games aren’t of interest or folks need to escape from the sensory overload here.
As for food, a press release indicates people should expect “globally inspired small plates” paired with cocktails and other adult beverages matching the “indoor/outdoor design vibe” of Your 3rd Spot. Additionally, a mobile app should help navigate the process of ordering and paying for food and drinks between games.
Your 3rd Spot joins several similar gaming and dining venues nearby, including Top Golf just off of Chattahoochee Avenue on Ellsworth Industrial, Fowling Warehouse on English Street, the Painted Duck on Brady Avenue, and newly opened mini golf bar and restaurant Puttshack at the Interlock on Howell Mill Road.
And the Works location may not be the last one planned for metro Atlanta. Owner AMP Up1 Hospitality is eyeing at least two, possibly three, more area locations for Your 3rd Spot, with the goal of opening 10 locations over the next five years in North Carolina, Florida, and Illinois.

The Works complex, an 80-acre overhaul of several warehouses bordering the Underwood Hills and Blandtown neighborhoods, debuted earlier this year off of Chattahoochee Avenue. Chattahoochee Food Works food hall, a full-service outpost of Fox Bros. Bar-B-Q, and a second location of Scofflaw Brewing, along with a number of retail shops, are already open at the complex.
California-based breakfast and brunch restaurant the Waffle Experience, Brash Kitchen cafe, from the owners of Brash Coffee and Stop Think Chew chef Julia Kesler Imerman, and a third Atlanta-area location of dog park and bar Fetch Park should open within the next few months. The Works will also eventually feature 500 residences, a boutique hotel, and more retail shops once fully completed.
