A resort-style rooftop restaurant and bar and a lobby cocktail lounge will open as part of the 1105 West Peachtree tri-tower complex currently under construction in Midtown, which includes culinary-themed hotel Epicurean Atlanta opening in late September.

The 178-room hotel resides in one of three towers at the development. The ninth floor sky terrace at the complex joins Epicurean Atlanta to a 31-story office tower and neighboring luxury condo tower.

Residing on the Epicurean Atlanta side of the sky terrace at the tower complex, Aerial Kitchen and Bar is being designed to resemble a garden with outdoor seating throughout, an open-air bar, and poolside cabana service for guests of the hotel. Located in the lobby of the adjoining office tower across from the entrance to the hotel, the aptly named Office Bar will include lounge seating areas and communal tables, a large bar, and serve cocktails, beer, and wine along with lunch and dinner daily.

Both Aerial Kitchen and Bar and the Office Bar will be open to the public.

Aerial Kitchen and Bar and the Office Bar join restaurant Reverence, located on the ground floor of Epicurean Atlanta. Opening later this year for dinner and weekend brunch, Reverence will feature an open show kitchen with bar seating, a lounge overlooking West Peachtree Street, and seating in the dining room and on the patio. Scottish-born chef Ewart Wardhaugh has been tapped to lead the restaurant and oversee the food and food events at the hotel and the Office Bar.

In addition to Reverence and Aerial Kitchen and Bar, Epicurean Atlanta plans to regularly host chefs, bartenders, and winemakers for food and beverage events in its Epicurean Theatre — a high-tech kitchen and classroom space accommodating up to 100 people.
