Add yet another food hall to Atlanta’s growing collection of food halls popping up around the city and metro area. Opening next spring, this latest food hall joins restaurants, breweries, offices, and retail shops now open at or planned for the Lee and White complex along the Westside Beltline in West End.

Real estate investment firms MDH Partners and Ackerman and Co. just released renderings for the next phase of development to take place at Lee and White, which includes the new food hall, a shipping container retail pop-up center, and more green space, deemed the “Great Lawn”. The new green space replaces an asphalt parking area at the complex. According to the press release, the proposed green space will be the “largest of its kind along the BeltLine.”

Housed in building 1020, the new 28,000-square-foot yet-named food hall will feature a mix of 13 food stalls, a central bar in front opening to a large patio, and full-service restaurants, like the second location of Lake and Oak Neighborhood Barbecue, owned by chefs Todd Richards and Josh Lee.

As for the pop-up container village at Lee and White, expect five, 20-foot shipping containers to be transformed into retail spaces housing a rotating selection of small, locally owned businesses selling everything from clothing to housewares.

Monday Night Brewing recently expanded the production facility at its West End location by nearly 10,000 square feet and renovated the outdoor courtyard, which now includes lawn games, a satellite bar, and more space for pop-up food vendors and live music.
