Gocha Hawkins, the owner behind popular Cascade Road brunch restaurant Gocha’s Breakfast Bar, plans to open a tapas restaurant this spring on Campbellton Road in the city of South Fulton.
Located in the new Publix-anchored Sandtown Crossing complex, look for dishes like shishito peppers, vegan sliders, stuffed crab mushrooms, fried green tomatoes with crab salad, and cauliflower tacos served on the menu at Gocha’s Tapas Bar.

In addition to seating in the dining room, the restaurant will also include seating on its patio. Hawkins expects Gocha’s Tapas Bar to open some time in April.
Hawkins first opened Gocha’s Breakfast Bar three years ago on Cascade Road serving all-day brunch fare, including shrimp and grits, Krunch-Tastic French toast, and Better Than Yo Momma biscuits paired with mimosas and other breakfast cocktails. A second location of the buzzy brunch restaurant opened in 2020 on Glynn Street in Fayetteville at the Summit Point shopping complex.
Hoping to cut down on wait times at the popular Cascade location, and to provide an easier option for takeout, Hawkins just launched a food truck in the parking lot there offering a few of the restaurant’s oft-ordered dishes as well as sandwiches and grab-and-go items.
