Three Atlanta locations of Miami-based doughnut shop the Salty Donut will open in 2023. Locations of the Salty Donut are slated to open in the former Your Pie space on West Paces Ferry Road in Buckhead, at 124 Krog Street near Krog Street Market, and at the Sentral West Midtown complex at Star Metals on Howell Mill Road. The Buckhead shop should be the first to open early next year, with the two other locations opening in the spring and summer of 2023.
The Salty Donut began as a pop-up in 2015 out of a 1950s camper stationed in a parking lot in Miami. It has since grown to six locations throughout Florida and Texas, with the three forthcoming locations in Georgia expanding the business further into the Southeast. The shop is known for its decadent and highly Instagrammable doughnuts in flavors like maple bacon, white chocolate tres leches, and sticky toffee. Gluten-free and vegan doughnuts are also available.
