A second metro Atlanta location of golf-themed entertainment center and restaurant Fairway Social is headed to Town at Trilith (formerly Pinewood Forest) in Fayetteville, near Trilith Studios. Fairway Social should open some time in the fall.
The Fayette County movie studio Town at Trilith is being developed around serves as headquarters for several film and television productions, including for past blockbuster movies “Black Panther” and “Avengers: Endgame”.
As with the Alpharetta location, which opened last May on Main Street at the Maxwell, Fairway Social in Fayetteville will include a full-service restaurant and bar, a putting green, six golf game simulators, and a rooftop patio. People can also expect other game play beyond golf in Fayetteville, like darts, corn hole, and ping pong, as well as the opportunity to join Fairway Social’s cornhole and golf leagues.

Fairway Social joins several businesses and restaurants now open at Town at Trilith, including automated grocery store and deli counter Nourish + Bloom Market, Woodstone Bakery and Cafe, Honeysuckle Gelato, Barleygarden Kitchen and Craft Bar, Hop City Craft Beer and Wine, and Amici Italian Cafe.
A yet-named food hall, Sensu Sushi, and Braise, from Mushi Ni chefs Tanya Jimenez and Michael Le, should open later this year at the Fayetteville development.
Town at Trilith will eventually feature hundreds of single family homes, apartment lofts, and a hotel, along with walking trails, a small forest, and several parks. Future expansion plans call for more restaurants, retail, offices, and TV and movie studios to be added as well as a theater and K-12 micro-school.
