Florida-based healthy-ish chain Bolay Fresh Bold Kitchen is coming to Alpharetta this summer. According to a press release, the new location will open August 11.
The fast-casual salad and bowl bar, created by Outback Steakhouse Co-Founder Tim Gannon and his son Chris, first opened in Wellington, Florida, in 2016. Since then, Bolay has opened more than 20 locations in Florida and plans to open two locations in Virginia.
“We were inspired by the energy and enthusiasm of the Alpharetta community,” said Chris. “The people there are passionate about fueling their lifestyle and supporting their neighbors, and Bolay was a natural addition to that kind of environment.”

The Gannons have tapped Alpharetta’s Mitch Rubin as an operating partner.
“As a longtime resident myself, I really want the people here to know that we’re behind them,” Rubin said, “not only by providing a source of nourishment for a great lifestyle, but by building relationships, supporting local organizations and giving folks a place to work and thrive.”
Bolay plans to celebrating their Alpharetta opening with a bang. The location is holding a five-day grand opening week with specials such as a free Bolay Bol and gift card giveaways. On August 11, they’ll give their first 100 customers in line free Bolay Bols for a year through Bolay’s app.
