A restaurant and bar leaning exceptionally hard into the phrase, “rose all day,” is opening in 2024 at the emerging High Street development in Dunwoody along Perimeter Center Parkway and Hammond Drive.

At 10,000 square feet spread out over two floors, the Hampton Social features a coastal garden design vibe and a weathered color palette, complete with chair swings and string lights. The restaurant includes a mix of table seating and areas for lounging inside and a similar set-up on the patio overlooking the green space at the sprawling Dunwoody development.

Billed as a summery “nautical escape”, the drinks menu for the Hampton Social centers on rose. The bar serves the pink wine by the glass, bottle, and scalloped seashell bowlful, along with spritzy cocktails and frozen drinks like frose. Food also leans into this nautical rose-pairing theme, offering seafood towers, oysters, and lobster rolls at lunch and dinner and monkey bread, bananas foster French toast, and crab cakes at brunch.

Dunwoody is the first location of the Hampton Social to open in Georgia, which will likely become a “drink pink” beacon for groups of Instagramming influencers seeking a photo-op in frilly sundresses and floral frocks while sipping rose from scalloped seashells with a bendy straw. The restaurant’s Instagram page is filled with such scenes in a space dripping with faux ivy, hanging plants, beachy decor, and a wall covered in starfish and flowers built for the photo-sharing platform.

Once fully open, High Street will span nearly 10 city blocks at Perimeter Center in Dunwoody and include offices, apartments, a number of retail shops and restaurants, and a central green space for events. A location of mini golf restaurant and bar Puttshack opens at High Street in 2023.
