Joining Eater in 2017, Beth McKibben serves as both editor and staff reporter for local dining publication Eater Atlanta, part of the Eater network of cities under the Vox Media umbrella. Based in Atlanta, her byline has appeared in various local and regional publications over the past 12 years covering food and cocktails, including for Atlanta magazine, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Tales of the Cocktail, and Liquor.com. In 2021, she also served as guest editor of the "Forest Park" issue for nonprofit newsroom Canopy Atlanta.
