One Flew South alum Tokiwa “Toki” Sears is now leading the bar program at Bourbon Bar. A summer standout is the Pretty Brown Eyes, with Bourbon Bar’s Woodford private-label bourbon, benedictine, fresh lemon juice, and a red wine float.

What better way to enjoy the summer peach harvest than by adding booze to the mix? That is exactly what the team at Pinewood has done with the Mrs. Worley, featuring Georgia's own Pearson Farm peaches, vodka, ginger, bitters, curaçao, lemon, soda, and mint. Totally counts as a fruit serving.

Grab a seat at the bar or patio and sip on the Heart-Shaped Box, with gin, cherry brandy, cherry liqueur, ginger liqueur, lemon, cherry honey, and cherry bark-vanilla bitters.
