Who says a Pimm's Cup is just a warm weather drink? Alan Gary, Bar Manager at No. 246 in Decatur, reinterprets this perennial summer favorite for each season. The winter version combines the tart flavor of blood oranges with housemade limoncello and Cynar to give this British staple an Italian spin. No. 246's pastry chef Taria Camerino even candied some blood orange zest for garnish. Bottom's up!
