When Shaun Doty opened this chicken joint in Ansley Mall, his fans were overjoyed with the return of Shaun’s duck fat fries. And rightly so.

Einstein's

One of Atlanta’s original sweet potato fry hangouts (if that wasn’t a thing, it should have been). Spot on the patio. Sweet potato fries. Boozy brunch. Weekend = made.

The Fry Guy

Belgian-style frittes and crazy delicious sauces (like red curry ketchup, malt vinegar aioli, and Fry Guy hot sauce to name a few). Find him at Sweet Auburn’s Urban Picnic on Fridays and Saturdays.

The General Muir

When Todd Ginsberg moved from Bocado to new destination-deli The General Muir, he brought the burger and fry perfection with him. Available with or without fancy bits (thyme, parsley, shallots, aioli).

Grindhouse Killer Burgers

Don’t worry about the other sides at Grindhouse. Get the fries. Crinkle cut. Seasoning salt. You’re welcome.

Leon's Full Service

Pub frites with sauce. Choose based on booze, maybe: bacon herb mayonnaise with beer, goat cheese fondue with wine, mango-peppadew catsup with whatever Miles Macquarrie says.

Muss & Turner's

Giant sandwiches require amazing french fries and MT delivers. But don’t worry, you can order a heaping bowl of fresh-cut pommes frites at nighttime, too.

Seven Hens

The schnitzel-style chicken options are global all over, but the fries are classic. Yukon gold, cooked to order, crisp and salty, and winners of some high praise from review guru Christiane Lauterbach.

The Varsity

Since 1928. There’s a fierce onion ring vs. fry debate that we won’t get into. Let’s just say the fries are steaming hot, russet flecked, and slung at you fast.

Yumbii Food Truck

Catch Yumbii at the Atlanta Food Truck Park for their thick and crispy spiced sesame fries with chipotle ketchup. And join the ranks of those anticipating their container restaurant coming soon.
