Atlanta's Cursed Restaurant Spaces

View as Map

Here's restaurant and real estate expert Eli Zandman on Atlanta's cursed restaurant spaces. Zandman runs Tomorrow's News Today and has covered restaurant turnovers before, and now he's compiled a list of spaces that have had at least three changes in ownership, concept, or both.

Some say that nine out of ten restaurants will not make it past their first year in business. This is not true. What is true, however, is that many restaurants do fail, and they often shutter not for one single reason but due to a number of contributing factors. Below, find nine "cursed" Atlanta spaces, locations in which there has been, for whatever reason, an especially high turnover.
