One of Decatur’s longest-operating pubs, Twain’s continues to anchor Decatur’s beer scene. All of the draft beer served at Twain’s is brewed in house by brewmaster Chase Medlin. One newcomer to the list is Kevin Gillespie’s Communion, which recently opened in Revival’s backyard. Communion deserves mention for bringing a traditional beer garden atmosphere to Atlanta.
