In Atlanta, brunch is an institution and a wonderful way to spend large amounts of time enjoying a menu full of breakfast and lunch food mashups. Eggs, frittatas, pancakes, waffles, French toast, smoked salmon on bagels, shrimp and grits, and more fill menus, but most of these dishes are gluten-full not gluten-free.
Shelling out money for dishes you can make at home doesn't make sense, so if the gluten-free menu doesn't have more than eggs, meat, potatoes, and grits, color me unimpressed and definitely not getting in the car.
