The Sassy Senorita at the Red Eyed Mule has a seven-ounce burger patty with bacon, jalapeno, cheddar, sloppy Jimmy (chuck chorizo), and cole slaw.

The Pinewood Tippling Room

It's on their weekend late-night menu, but the Pinewood Burger 10 is also secretly available for dinner seven days a week. It's a fully dressed double Angus burger with American cheese, bacon, and Duke's mayo.

The fries at FLIP are pretty great as-is, but ask for the off-the-menu version that comes topped with pimento cheese and bacon for $5.

On the subject, owner Alex Brounstein says, "Well, if I told you, they wouldn't be secret anymore." But he does let us on one secret: Order a Hypocrite Style burger, a veggie patty topped with bacon, cheese, and chili.

Seven Lamps

The off-the-menu burger at Seven Lamps is a brisket and top round blend with Thousand Island dressing, caramelized onions, bread and butter pickles, and a grilled cheese gratin. It's available all the time, but you've gotta ask for it.

Local Three

Local Three sometimes has a Big Kahuna burger on the menu. Sometimes. It's 8 ounces of Wagyu beef with seared foie gras, short rib jus, Thomasville Tomme, and truffled mayo served alongside fries and bacon aioli.
