And, of course, no D.B.A. celebration would be complete without pork…lots of pork. Pork belly, ribs, pulled pork, pork rinds, and bacon of the candied, smoked and fried variety. Sip (or gulp) on $5 Bloody Marys and mimosas or a $12 mixed buckets of Abita brews as you cheer your favorite football team to victory.
