Grindhouse Killer Burgers

Grindhouse has six boozy milkshakes on the menu. They use super high butterfat ice cream, and each one is a more creative play on a single-flavor, non-boozy shake. See descriptions here.

West Egg Cafe

West Egg's most popular spiked milkshake is the bourbon chocolate, but they've also got varieties like key lime pie (with gin), bitter orange (with aperol, tastes like a boozy creamsicle), and rum coconut.

Bocado's Fernet Branca milkshake was once only offered on Mondays for $4 but is now a regular on the dessert menu. It's got Fernet, bitters, simple syrup, and vanilla gelato.

Farm Burger

Farm Burger has adult shakes, but they're only available in Dunwoody. Get 'em with Young's Double Chocolate Stout, Original Sin Hard Cider, or Wells Banana Bread Beer. The other two locations have similar floats.

HOBNOB's got three spiked shakes on the menu: The chocolate stout (beer, vanilla ice cream, chocolate sauce), the hazelnut mudslide (Frangelico, Kahlua, vanilla, chocolate sauce), and the sparkling lemonade (vodka, lemon sorbet, champagne, lemon twist).

Bone Lick BBQ

This Westside barbecue spot's spiked milkshake has chocolate, peanut butter, ice cream, and, of course, bourbon.

Googie Burger

Two boozy shakes at Googie Burger: The Twinkie (vanilla vodka and crème de banana) and the Red Devil (vanilla vodka, creme de cocoa, maraschino cherry juice).

The Counter

The Counter up in Roswell offers wine shakes. They've got two available: Dutch chocolate and red wine or Pinot Noir and vanilla, as well as a make-your-own option.

Del Frisco's Grille

The boozy shake at Del Frisco's in Buckhead has Nocello Walnut Liqeur, creme de cacao, and vanilla ice cream. Get it for $9.

Mother's Liquid Jazz cocktail is made with Absolut Vanilla, Bailey's, Aurora cold-press coffee concentrate, and agave syrup. It's more like frothy cold coffee than a milkshake, but we're gonna count it.

Victory Sandwich Bar

The great debate this week was whether or not slushies are the same thing as milkshakes. Verdict: They definitely are not, but we'd be remiss if we didn't at least mention Victory's standout menu item: the Jack and Coke slushie.

More on slushies: DBA Barbecue's got 'em too. They come in a variety of flavors, but the one not to miss is Blueberry Moonshine Lemonade.
